Jim Harter is Ph.D. is Chief Scientist for Gallup’s workplace management and wellbeing practices. He is also the co-author, with Jim Clifton, of Wellbeing at Work: How to Build Resilient and Thriving Teams. He joins Kevin to discuss the 5 essential elements of wellbeing (career, social, financial, physical, and community). Trust may start at the top but happens at the local level.
