How Stewardship Changes our Leadership Success with David York

Share:

When we want to make a lasting impact and move beyond “What’s in it for me?” to “What’s in it for we?” we live the life of a steward. David York shares with Kevin that a steward is someone who invests in something bigger than themselves. They know their purpose and create lives with meaning and direction. Even better, when we focus on others, we take the pressure off ourselves. We move away from if-then statements to because-therefore statements, and everyone wins.

Darrin serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Athletes in Action and leads AIA’s NFL Advisory Council. He started in the newspaper business, where he felt he was creating a community.
